摘  要:为解决船用低速柴油机双阀电控燃油系统喷油压力峰值偏高、波动幅度较大现象带来的不利影响,搭建系统的AMESim仿真模型,并从循环喷油量和喷油压力2个方面验证模型的准确性。基于验证之后的模型,针对系统的喷油特性开展结构改进设计。结果表明,当高压油管直径为8mm、增压控制阀流通能力为80 L/min时,在轨压为26 MPa、28 MPa和30 MPa的工况下,系统喷油压力波动幅度分别从88.71 MPa、91.01 MPa和93.45 MPa下降到14.72 MPa、14.52 MPa和14.31 MPa,同时不同工况下喷油规律曲线上的畸变均消失,且循环喷油量有所增加,系统喷油特性得到明显改善。The measured results of the double-valve electronic controlled fuel system for marine low speed diesel engines show that the peak of injection pressure is pretty high and the injection pressure fluctuation range is large.In order to address the adverse effects of the phenomenon,an AMESim simulation model is presented.The accuracy of the model is verified in cycle injection quantity and injection pressure.Based on the validated model,the structural improvement design is carried out according to the injection characteristics of the system.The results show that when the diameter of high-pressure fuel tube is 8 mm and the flow capacity of pressure amplification control valve is 80 L/min,under the working conditions of rail pressure is 26 MPa,28 MPa and 30 MPa.The fluctuation range of system injection pressure decreases from 88.71 MPa,91.01 MPa,93.45 MPa to 14.72 MPa,14.52 MPa,14.31 MPa respectively.Meanwhile,the distortion on the injection rate curve disappears for different working conditions and then the cycle injection quantity increases.The system injection characteristics are improved significantly.
