从益气补虚法论中医药干预NLRP3炎症小体治疗炎症性疾病的研究

摘　　要：近年来中医药调控X-NLRP3通路以抑制炎症的发生,作为疾病的治疗靶点已被越来越多的学者所认可。研究表明NLRP3炎症小体在对抗病原体感染和生理紊乱的过程中起重要作用,通过分析总结近年来中医药干预NLRP3炎症小体治疗炎症性疾病的临床效果及作用机制,发现中医药能够抑制NLRP3炎症小体的激活,改善机体微环境,拮抗炎症,从而发挥其对炎症性疾病的治疗作用。In recent years,the use of traditional Chinese medicine to regulate X-NLRP3 pathway to inhibit inflammation has been recognized by more and more scholars as a therapeutic target for diseases.Studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammatory bodies play an important role in the fight against pathogen infection and physiological disorders.Through the analysis and summary of the clinical effects and mechanism of treatment of inflammatory diseases in NLRP3 inflammatory bodies by Chinese medicine in recent years,it has been found that Chinese medicine can inhibit the activation of NLRP3 inflammatory bodies,improve the body’ s microenvironment,and antagonize inflammation,and treat inflammatory diseases.
