摘 要:液力缓速装置作为商用车重要的辅助制动单元已在重型商用运输车上得到广泛的应用。它可有效避免传统制动系统使车辆在行驶中因频繁制动而出现制动鼓开裂报废,以及由于频繁急刹、重刹产生磨擦热导致烧瓦而引发重大交通事故。基于流体输送机械工作原理,从简化缓速器结构、提高加工工艺和优化缓速器功能3个方面出发对液力缓速器进行正向研究;同时运用CFD理论,通过CFX工具对新型液力缓速装置的内流场、压力分布、湍动能等进行仿真分析,模拟分析得出新型液力缓速器叶片径向倾角最优结构并搭建实验台架进行实验验证,仿真与试验结果证明了新液力缓速装置对商用车工作的有效性、结构设计与优化的正确性,给出了新型液力缓速器叶片径向倾角设计方法,为以后进一步优化设计提供了方向。At present,hydraulic retarder is widely used in heavy long-distance transport commercial vehicles and is one of the main components of commercial road vehicles.Hydraulic tachometer plays the role of auxiliary braking for the vehicle,which avoids the phenomenon of cracking and scrapping of the brake drum due to frequent use of the traditional braking system during long-distance transportation.Moreover,there are even a lot of hot accidents caused by frequent emergency braking and heavy braking,leading to serious traffic accidents.Based on the present situation to carry on the positive research,it is necessary for retarder,on the basis of the principle of fluid conveying machinery structure,improve the processing technology from the simplified retarder function three aspects,and optimize the retarder,using the theory of CFD,provided by CFX tools of new type hydraulic retarder unit of the internal flow field,pressure distribution,the turbulent kinetic energy and so on carries on the simulation analysis,the theoretical analysis to get a case of the new type of retarder,the optimal structure,according to the result of optimal structures,experimental platform and experimental verification,the simulation and test results were reflected on the effectiveness of the commercial vehicle work new structure retarder,the resulting structure design and the correctness of the optimization direction,For the following reduce retarder manufacturing cost,break through the foreign technical barriers to provide direction.
