摘 要:针对动态故障树逻辑门不具有统一定量计算方法的问题,提出基于T-S模型建立系统T-S动态故障树的方法。首先建立描述动态时间逻辑关系的T-S动态门,然后构建描述T-S动态门的时间状态和故障发生的算法,最后基于T-S动态门建立系统动态模糊故障树。以某CLG836型装载机为例,建立该装载机液压系统的T-S动态故障树,并进行故障树可靠性分析,为装载机液压系统寻找薄弱环节,排查故障提供理论依据。For the dynamic fault tree logic gates have no unified quantitative calculation method.This paper proposes a method to establish T-S dynamic fault tree of the system based on the T-S model,Firstly,we establish T-S dynamic gate to describe the dynamic time logic relationship,then the algorithm is built to describe the time state and failure occurrence of the T-S dynamic gate,finally,the dynamic fuzzy fault tree of the system is established based on the T-S dynamic gate.Taking Liugong CLG836 loader as an example,this paper builds the T-S dynamic fault tree of the hydraulic system of the loader,and carries out the reliability analysis of the fault tree,providing the theoretical basis for finding the weak link and troubleshooting the hydraulic system of the loader.
