摘　　要：结直肠癌在消化系统恶性肿瘤中比较常见,经门静脉系统转移至肝脏是其常见的血行转移途径,尽早发现肝转移灶并治疗是改善患者预后的关键。影像组学及影像基因组学通过深度挖掘影像图像的纹理特征,并量化肿瘤的异质性,用无创的方法评估肿瘤的生物学性质,在结直肠癌肝转移的发现、指导治疗、预后预测等已广泛应用。现拟基于肝脏的影像学图像,对结直肠癌肝转移瘤的影像组学及影像基因组学的应用现状进行综述。Colorectal cancer is one common malignant tumor in the digestive system,and the most common way of blood metastasis is through portal vein system to liver.So early detection and treatment of liver metastasis is the key to improve the prognosis of patients.Radiomics and radiogenomics use non-invasive methods to evaluate the biological properties of tumors by deeply mining the texture features of images,quantifying the heterogeneity of tumors.Radiomics and radiogenomics have been widely used in the detection,treatment and prognosis prediction of CRLM.Based on the background of liver,this paper reviews the current situation and application of radiomics and radiogenomics in CRLM.
