摘  要:以创制的寒地水稻新种质及栽培品种为实验材料,采用不同浓度(0、15%、20%)的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫,研究各材料种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及幼苗生长状况相关指标。结果表明,在本实验条件下,与对照相比,15%PEG-6000处理对各材料发芽率均没有显著影响。除龙稻18(LD 18)、绥粳18(SJ 18)、943外,其余材料在20%PEG-6000处理下发芽率显著降低。各干旱处理均极显著降低各材料发芽指数,但对各材料发芽势影响不同。各材料在干旱处理下(15%PEG-6000)生长受抑,根干重及茎干重显著降低,但根系性状响应干旱的表型不同。创制的节水水稻材料通过增大根冠比适应干旱胁迫,与栽培品种应对干旱胁迫的机制不同。In this study,the newly created rice germplasms in cold region and cultivars were used as experimental materials to investigate the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and related indexes of seedling growth under simulated drought stress with PEG-6000 of 0,15%and 20%concerntrations.The results showed that 15%PEG-6000 treatment had no significant effect on the germination rate of all the materials compared with the control group.Except for rice varieties Longdao18(LD 18),Suijing 18(SJ 18)and 943,the germination rate of other materials was significantly reduced under 20%PEG-6000 treatment.The germination index of each material was significantly reduced in 3 drought treatments,but the effect on the germination potential of each material was slightly different.Under drought treatment with 15%PEG-6000,the growth of each material was inhibited,and the root dry weight and stem dry weight were significantly reduced.Simultaneously,the phenotypes of root characteristics in response to drought treatment were different.Also,The newly created water-saving rice were designed to adapt to drought stress by increasing the root-cap ratio,which was different from the mechanism of cultivated varieties in responding to drought stress.
