摘 要:以分布在塔里木盆地的蒺藜科(Zygophyllaceae)驼蹄瓣属(Zygophyllum)和骆驼蓬属(Peganum)的6种植物为试材,研究不同种间及不同地区的同种植物间种子的基本特性及萌发特性之间的差异,并用灰色关联度法对其性状进行综合评价。结果表明,驼蹄瓣属植物种子千粒重、种子长度和种子宽度分别在2.052~3.933 g、0.338~0.454 mm、0.180~0.215 mm范围内变化。骆驼蓬属植物种子千粒重、种子长度和种子宽度分别在1.704~2.750 g、0.300~0.360 mm、0.157~0.183 mm范围内变化。不同采集地的驼蹄瓣属种子萌发时间差异显著(p<0.05),骆驼蓬属种子萌芽能力比驼蹄瓣属的强。驼蹄瓣属种子中综合性状表现较好的是塔什库尔干县长梗驼蹄瓣种子,综合性状表现不好的为和田粗茎驼蹄瓣种子;在骆驼蓬属种子中综合性状表现较好的为叶城县骆驼蓬,综合性状表现差的为和硕县多裂骆驼蓬种子。In this study,the 6 species of Zygophyllum and Peganum of Zygophyllaceae distributed in Tarim Basin were selected as experimental materials to study the basic characteristics and germination characteristics of seeds of the same species in different species and different regions,and the characteritics were also evaluated synthetically by the grey relational analysis.The results showed that the 1000-seed weight,seed length and seed width of Zygophyllum seeds varied in 2.052-3.933 g,0.338-0.454 mm and 0.180-0.215 mm respectively,while the same charateristics in Peganum seeds varied in 1.704-2.750 g、0.300-0.360 mm、0.157-0.183 mm.And,there were significant difference(p<0.05)in seed germination time of Zygophyllum plants collected from different places,and the seed germination ability was better than that in Zygophyllaceae plants.Among the seeds of Zygophyllum seeds,the long-stalk specie from Tashkurgan county represented the better comprehensive characteristics while the poorer comprehensive characteristics was found in thick-stem specie from Hotan county.In addition,among the seeds of Zygophyllaceae seeds,the specie with better comprehensive characteristics was found from Kargilik county while the multifid specie from Hoxud county showed the poorer comprehensive characteristics.
