基于数据挖掘探析液门穴主治优势病症和配伍规律

摘　　要：在系统整理液门穴(国际代码SJ2)古今文献的基础上,利用数据挖掘技术,总结和分析出液门穴主治古今均以内科、耳鼻喉科病症为主,多用于治疗痹病、耳聋、耳鸣和咽喉肿痛等疾病,但1949年10月后液门穴配伍多用于落枕、扭伤等骨伤科疾病;配伍腧穴多属阳经,以膀胱经、大肠经和三焦经腧穴居多,配伍多采用本经配穴法、同名经配穴法,多配伍五输穴、原穴及八脉交会穴。On the basis of systematic collation of ancient and modern literature of Yemen acupoint(SJ2),data mining technology is used to summarize and analyze the major indications and compatibility regularity of Yemen acupoint.It shows that the indications of Yemen acupoint are mainly in internal medicine and otorhinolaryngology in ancient and modern times.It is frequently used to treat arthralgia,deafness,tinnitus,sore throat and other diseases,but after 1949,Yemen acupoint compatibility is mostly used in orthopedic diseases such as stiff neck and sprain.The compatibility acupoints of Yemen mostly belong to yang meridian,and most of them are acupoints of bladder meridian,large intestine meridian and Sanjiao meridian.Yemen acupoint is frequently combined with the acupoints of the original meridian and acupoints of meridians with the same name,and the compatibility acupoints are mostly five transport points,yuan-primary points and eight confluent points.
