基于Eotaxin、IL-17水平变化观察开壅刺血法对喉源性咳嗽的疗效

摘　　要：目的:基于喉源性咳嗽患者嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平变化,探讨开壅刺血法对喉源性咳嗽患者的治疗效果。方法:确诊患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予开壅刺血法治疗,每7天1次,3次为1个疗程;对照组予口服苏黄止咳胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次,21 d为1个疗程。观察并记录1个疗程治疗前后Eotaxin与IL-17水平变化,以及显效率和总有效率。结果:治疗组和对照组均有效,两组治疗后Eotaxin与IL-17水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后Eotaxin与IL-17水平变化以及显效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开壅刺血法对喉源性咳嗽具有显著疗效,可以明显降低Eotaxin与IL-17水平,提升患者免疫功能,降低气道高反应。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Kaiyong Cixue therapy on patients with laryngeal cough based on the changes of Eotaxin and IL-17 levels.Methods:A total of 80 confirmed patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random table method.The treatment group was treated with Kaiyong Cixue therapy,once every 7 days,and 3 times for 1 course.The control group was given Suhuang Zhike Capsule(苏黄止咳胶囊),3 capsules each time,3 times a day,21 days for 1 course.The Eotaxin and IL-17 levels,and the effective and total effective rate were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of laryngeal cough,and the levels of Eotaxin and IL-17 were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Eotaxin and IL-17 levels and significant efficiency in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treat ment(P<0.05). Conclusions:The method of Kaiyong Cixue therapy has significant curative effect on laryngeal cough,which can significantly reduce the level of Eotaxin and IL-17,improve the immune function of patients and reduce the high airway response.
