摘  要:输电线路绝缘子表面污秽在自然条件下分布不均匀,污秽不均匀度是影响闪络电压的重要因素,因此研究输电线路绝缘子在不均匀污秽下的闪络特性具有重大意义。首先进行了LXY4-160玻璃绝缘子串的自然积污试验,然后研究了交流电压下污秽分布不均匀时7片LXY4-160玻璃绝缘子串的交流闪络特性,分析了不均匀污秽下绝缘子表面污层电导率和泄漏电流与污闪电压的关系,得到了不同盐密(SDD)、不同污秽不均匀度(T/B)下绝缘子串的闪络特性。研究结果表明:SDD和T/B对LXY4-160玻璃绝缘子串的污闪电压有影响,且二者对污闪电压的影响是相互独立的;随着T/B的减小,污闪电压会增大;7片LXY4-160玻璃绝缘子串的污闪电压(Uf)与T/B、SDD分别满足对数和幂函数关系,且污秽影响特征指数b为0.280,不均匀污秽下修正系数C为0.271;不均匀污秽下绝缘子表面污层电阻将增大是导致LXY4-160玻璃绝缘子串污秽交流污闪电压提高的主要原因。研究结果对输电线路外绝缘设计和选择具有一定的参考价值。The surface contamination of transmission line insulators is unevenly distributed under natural conditions.Pollution unevenness is an important factor affecting flashover voltage,so it is of great significance to study the flashover characteristics of transmission line insulators under uneven pollution.In this paper,the natural pollution test of LXY4-160 glass insulator was firstly carried out.Then,the AC flashover characteristics of 7 pieces of LXY4-160 glass insulator strings under uneven pollution distribution under AC voltage were studied,and the relationship between the conductivity and leakage current of the pollution layer on the surface of the insulator under uneven pollution and the relationship between the pollution flashover voltage and the difference was obtained.The flashover characteristics of insulator strings under salt density(SDD)and different pollution unevenness(T/B).The research results showed that:SDD and T/B have an effect on the pollution flashover voltage of LXY4-160 glass insulator strings,and their influence on the pollution flashover voltage was independent of each other.As T/B decreases,the pollution flashover voltage will increase.The pollution flashover voltage(Uf)of the 7-piece LXY4-160 glass insulator string satisfies the logarithmic and power function relationship with T/Band SDDrespectively.The pollution influence characteristic index b was 0.280,and the correction coefficient C was 0.271 for uneven pollution.The increase in the resistance of the pollution layer on the surface of the insulator under uneven pollution was the main reason for the increase in the AC pollution flashover voltage of the LXY4-160 glass insulator string.The research results had certain reference value for the external insulation design and selection of transmission lines.
