摘 要:直流断路器是构成直流牵引供电系统的关键设备。目前,地铁牵引供电系统多采用空气式直流断路器,关断时间较长,且关断过程对灭弧栅片烧蚀严重。对此,提出一种基于自然换流的混合型直流断路器,适用于地铁直流供电系统。分析了影响混合型直流断路器开断速度的因素,对断路器方案进行了设计,采用IGCT作为断路器的固态开关。在MATLAB/Simulink上搭建了仿真模型并进行仿真验证,结果表明基于自然换流的混合型直流断路器换流速度快,可在4ms内完成故障电流的关断。DC circuit breaker is the key equipment of DC traction power supply system.At present,air DC circuit breakers are mostly used in subway traction power supply system,which have a long turn-off time,and the interruption process severely ablates the arc extinguishing grid.A hybrid DC circuit breaker based on natural commutation was proposed,which was suitable for subway DC traction power supply system.Factors affecting the interruption speed of the hybrid DC circuit breaker were analyzed,and the circuit breaker scheme was designed.IGCT was applied as the solid state switch of the circuit breaker.A simulation model was built and verified on Matlab/Simulink.The results showed that the hybrid DC circuit breaker based on natural commutation had a fast commutation speed and could shutdown the fault current within4 ms.
