摘 要:广州电网的10kV中压配电网基本采用中性点经过小电阻接地的接线方式。该接线方式相比于中性点不接地的接线方式,虽然更有效地降低了单相接地时的非故障相过电压倍数,限制了弧光接地过电压的发生,但是在实际运行中仍发生了由于10kV馈线跳闸而引起的10kV母线电压互感器熔断器熔断的事故。为此结合ATP-EMTP仿真进行了简单分析,查找到了原因,并提出了应对措施,可为今后变电站的运行提供借鉴。The 10 kV medium-voltage distribution network of Guangzhou Power Grid basically adopts a neutral point grounding wiring method with a small resistance grounding.Compared with the non-neutral point ungrounded system,this method is more effective in reducing the overvoltage multiple of the non-fault phase when single-phase grounding happened and limiting the occurrence of arc-grounded overvoltage.However,in actual operation,the accident of the 10 kV bus voltage transformer fuse blowing due to the 10 kV feeder tripping still occurred.Therefore,the reason was found by a simple analysis combined with ATP-EMTP simulation and countermeasures were proposed,which could provide a reference for the operation of the substation in the future.
