摘  要:在蓄电池供电的永磁同步电机驱动系统中,电机的启停会使蓄电池的电压出现"谷-峰"现象。对此,在蓄电池和牵引逆变器间并入双向DC/DC功率变换器和超级电容,以形成能量重复利用系统。永磁同步电机采用矢量控制,双向DC/DC功率变换器采用电流内环和电压外环的双层PI控制,同时给出了计算双向DC/DC功率变换器的参数方法。仿真结果表明,该能量重复利用系统有效改善了蓄电池的"谷-峰"现象,减小了电机启停对蓄电池的影响,符合节能减排政策。In the drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)powered by battery,starting and stopping the motor will cause a "valley-peak" phenomenon in the battery voltage.In this regard,a bidirectional DC/DC power converter and super capacitor were incorporated between the battery and the traction inverter to form an energy reuse system.The permanent magnet synchronous motor adopted vector control,and the bi-directional DC/DC power converter adopted double PI control of current inner loop and voltage outer loop.At the same time,the parameter calculation method of bi-directional DC/DC power converter was given.The simulation results showed that the energy reuse system could effectively improve the "Valley peak" phenomenon of the battery,reduce the impact of motor start and stop on the battery,and conform to the energy conservation and emission reduction policy.
