摘　　要：介绍了某发电机气密性试验过程中发电机大量进油及气密性试验不合格的异常,通过试验、调整及运行分析,指明了异常发生的原因,发现了设备重大缺陷,为类似异常事件的原因分析提供了参考。The abnormality of a large amount of oil inflow and unqualified gas tightness test of a generator during the gas tightness test of a certain generator were introduced.Through the test,adjustment and operation analysis,the cause of the abnormality was indicated.A major defect of the equipment was found,which provided a reference for the analysis of the causes of similar abnormal events.
