摘  要:某大型水电站投产时,每台发电机均配置了两套转子一点接地保护,布置在励磁系统直流开关柜中。但该装置故障率较高,且部分主要元器件已停产。为此,对原发电机转子一点接地保护进行改造,在出口跳闸逻辑中增加转子一点接地保护跳闸功能,并将两套发电机转子一点接地保护装置组屏优化,统一布置在发变组保护系统备用盘位上。将转子正极、负极、大轴接地回路用普通螺栓端子改为专用试验端子,并设防误接线螺钉,大大提高了检修维护的便捷性和装置校验效率。When a large hydropower station is put into operation,each generator is equipped with two sets of rotor one point grounding protection,which are arranged in DC switch cabinet of excitation system.However,the failure rate of the device is high,and some main components have been shut down.In order to solve the above problems,the original generator rotor one point grounding protection was improved.The rotor one point grounding protection tripping function was added to the outlet tripping logic.The two sets of generator rotor one point grounding protection device panels were optimized and arranged on the standby panel of the generator transformer unit protection system.The common bolt terminals used in the positive,negative and large shaft grounding circuits of the rotor were changed into special test terminals,and miswiring proof screws were installed,which greatly improved the convenience of maintenance and the efficiency of device calibration.
