摘 要:本文针对海军战术导弹作战平台多样、服役环境恶劣等特点,建立了导弹寿命指标体系。分析导弹全寿命周期环境条件及不同平台贮存特点,结合弹上产品的仿真试验,针对库房贮存寿命指标提出了加速贮存验证试验方法;针对舰上值班寿命指标提出了舰上长贮试验与值班环境加速试验相结合的验证方法。利用装备的设计、试验和使用信息,评估各分系统寿命,在此基础上综合评估整个导弹的贮存寿命。本方法在多个新研型号中实践应用,取得了良好的效果。According to the operational characteristics of Naval Tactical Missiles,this paper establishes the life index system of missiles.This paper analyzes the environmental conditions of the missile life cycle and the storage characteristics of different platforms,combined with the simulation test of products,the verification method of accelerated storage test is proposed for the storage life index of warehouse,the verification method of combining long-term storage test and accelerated test of on duty environment is proposed for on-board duty life index.Using the information of equipment design,test and use,the system is evaluated.On this basis,the storage life of the whole missile is evaluated comprehensively.The method has been applied in several newly developed models and achieved good results.
