常减压塔顶污水铁离子氯离子问题分析

摘　　要：自某公司常减压装置进行原油注碱防腐工艺技术试验以来,发现装置常减压塔顶污水铁离子、氯离子检测值波动较大。从检测方法进行分析,找出了铁离子、氯离子检测中存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。Since the crude oil alkali injection anti-corrosion technology are test in a company,it is found that the detection value of iron ion and chloride ion in the top sewage from atmospheric and vacuum tower fluctuates greatly.Based on the a-nalysis of the detection method,the problems existing in the detection of iron ion and chloride ion are found out,and relevant suggestions are put forward.
