摘  要:减压塔塔底热油泵作为减压装置中热油泵重要的动设备之一,其平面布置及其管道设计对泵的长周期运转和装置的生产运行起着重要的作用。一般减压塔塔底热油泵出入口管道的管径大,介质温度高,对泵出入口管嘴受力要求严格,是减压装置中管道设计的重点和难点。结合浙石化1000万t/a常减压装置中减压塔塔底热油泵的平面布置、管道布置,以及支架设置,对减压渣油泵的管道设计进行了简要探讨和分析。as one of the important dynamic equipment of the heat oil pump in the decompression device,the plane arrangement and pipeline design of the heat oil pump play an important role in the long period operation of the pump and the production and operation of the device.The pipe diameter of the inlet and outlet pipe of the heat oil pump at the bottom of the general decompression tower is large,the temperature of the medium is high,and the force requirement of the inlet and outlet nozzle of the pump is strict,which is the key and difficult point in the pipeline design of the decompression device.In this paper,the pipeline design of vacuum slag oil pump is briefly discussed and analyzed in combination with the plane arrangement,pipeline arrangement and support setting of the heat oil pump at the bottom of the decompression tower in Zhejiang Petrochemical 10 million t/a atmospheric and vacuum unit.
