摘 要:为了获取皮带传动系统的扭矩,采用了一种直接用于皮带传动的扭矩测量方法,该方法主要包含:在原有皮带轮结构装置中加装小带轮测力传感器,获取3个方向的载荷力及扭矩;沿圆周90°敏感区域范围每隔5°贴片,并能对含楔形槽带轮的轴向及其垂直方向的载荷力和角度进行识别,通过计算获得前后及左右方向的载荷力,分析皮带传动出现扭振或摆振的主要原因。研究结果表明,通过推算、分析工作装置的作业负荷变化规律与所需动力系统的输出载荷之间的曲线匹配关系,可以制定发动机实时调控输出负载曲线策略,实现工作装置的动态调控。In order to obtain the torque of the belt drive system,a torque measurement method directly used for the belt drive was adopted.The method mainly includes:add a small pulley load sensor to the original pulley structure device to obtain load force and torque of three directions;patch at the places of every 5°in the 90°sensitive area of the circumference,identify the axial and vertical load forces and angles of the pulley with wedge grooves,obtain the load in the forward and backward directions,and load in the left and right directions,to analyze the main reasons for the torsional vibration or shimmy of the belt drive.The research results show that by calculating and analyzing the curve matching relationship between the working load change of the working device and the output load of the required power system,a strategy for real-time control of the output load curve of the engine can be developed to achieve dynamic control of the working device.
