摘 要:随着国内燃煤电厂在机炉深度耦合系统方面的技术应用,已有学者在机炉深度耦合系统优化集成方面进行理论研究;在机炉深度耦合系统实践应用中,如何通过试验准确计算煤耗的研究仍然很少。本文针对机炉深度耦合下机组性能试验方法进行研究分析,具体包括机炉深度耦合系统概况、试验测量项目、余热利用收益归类、锅炉效率计算、汽轮机热耗率计算以及机组煤耗率计算,提出了锅炉余热利用收益归类处理的2种计算方法。试验结果表明,2种计算方法下机组煤耗结果一致性较好,供电煤耗相对偏差值为0.14%。With the application of turbine-boiler deep coupling system technology in domestic coal-fired power plants,some scholars have carried out theoretical researches on the optimization and integration of the turbineboiler deep coupling system.In the practical application of the turbine-boiler deep coupling system,the research on how to accurately calculate coal consumption through experiments is still rare.In this paper,the performance test method for the unit suffering deep coupling of boiler and turbine is analyzed,including general situation of the turbine-boiler deep coupling system,test and measurement items,waste heat utilization income classification,boiler efficiency calculation,turbine heat rate calculation and unit standard coal rate calculation.Two kinds of calculation methods for classification and treatment of the boiler waste heat utilization income are put forward.The test results show that,the coal consumption obtained by the above two calculation methods are consistent,and the relative deviation value of power supply coal consumption between the two calculation methods is 0.14%.
