摘  要:以自主设计的单级动调轴流模型风机为研究对象,在动叶角度为0°工况下利用数值和实验方法研究了后导叶安装角度对风机性能的影响。结果表明:后导叶安装角负向偏转(α=–40°)会显著降低模型风机和叶轮级的性能;与后导叶正常状态相比,后导叶安装角度异常会导致模型风机全压系数最高降低35.3%,模型风机效率最高降低28.9%;在模型风机最高效运行点(φ=0.19),后导叶安装角度异常会导致模型风机叶轮级全压系数降低27.2%,模型风机叶轮级效率降低24.9%;后导叶负向偏转性能优于后导叶正向偏转性能。Taking a self-designed single-stage adjustable rotor blade axial flow model fan as the research object,numerical and experimental studies are carried out on the effects of stagger angle of outlet guide vane on the performance of the fan under the condition that the rotor blade angle is 0°.The results show that,negative deflection of stagger angle(α=–40°)of the outlet guide vane significantly reduces the performance of the model fan and the impeller stage.Compared with the normal state of the outlet guide vane,the abnormal stagger angle of the outlet guide vane maximally reduces the total pressure coefficient of the model fan by up to 35.3%and the efficiency of model fan by up to 28.9%.At the most efficient operating point of the model fan(φ=0.19),the abnormal stagger angle of the outlet guide vane reduces the total pressure coefficient of the model fan impeller stage by up to 27.2%,and reduces the efficiency of model fan impeller stage by up to 24.9%.The outlet guide vane’s negative deflection performance is better than its positive deflection performance.
