摘  要:为解决电站锅炉空气预热器(空预器)普遍存在的漏风率超标等问题,本文研究了空预器不同密封形式的实际运行情况,讨论了检修维护水平和机组容量等级对密封效果的影响,总结了空预器改造后易出现的问题,并提出了解决措施。结果发现:应用效果最好的是可调式密封,柔性密封次之,固定式密封应用效果较差;机组漏风达标率随着电厂装机数量的增加而逐渐降低;机组容量等级会对不同密封形式的密封效果产生一定的影响,不同容量等级的机组适合的密封形式有所不同。In order to solve the problem of high air leakage in air preheaters,the actual operation situation of different air preheater sealing forms was studied.The effects of inspection and maintenance level and unit capacity level on the sealing effect were discussed.The problems that are easy to occur after technical transformation of the air preheater were summarized,and countermeasures were proposed.The results show that,the adjustable seal has the best application effect,then is the flexible seal,and the fixed seal has the worst application effect.The air leakage compliance rate of the turbine-generator unit gradually decreased as the number of turbine-generator units increased in a thermal power plant.The turbine-generator unit capacity level can affect the sealing effect of different sealing forms.Units with different capacity levels are suitable for different sealing types.
