Nd:YAG激光联合Er:YAG激光行舌系带过短矫正术218例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAG激光联合Er:YAG激光在舌系带过短矫正术中的应用,在有激光治疗仪的前提条件下,总结出舌系带过短的治疗时机和治疗方式,为临床工作提供新的思路和方法。方法以2017年12月至2019年12月在佛山市第一人民医院口腔科接受激光手术治疗的218例舌系带过短患者为对象,均采用Nd:YAG激光联合Er:YAG激光行舌系带过短矫正术,观察术中及术后手术效果及恢复情况。结果所有患者术中出血极少,术后愈合恢复快,无明显不适,通过简化Hazelbaker舌系带功能评估工具(hazelbaker assessment tool for lingual frenulum function,HATLFF)量表标准检查,均达到正常。结论使用Nd:YAG激光联合Er:YAG治疗舌系带过短,使手术难度、并发症及术后反应均大幅减少,建议患儿的手术年龄在1岁2个月左右,手术指征及范围也可适当放宽。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the application of Nd:YAG laser combined with Er:YAG laser in the treatment of ankylotomy and summarize the treatment timing and treatment method.Methods 218 patients with ankyloglossia from December 2017 to December 2019 were treated by ankylotomy managed with Nd:YAG laser and Er:YAG laser.The efficacy and recovery were observed before and after ankylotomy surgery.Results Hemorrhage volumes of all the patients in ankylotomy were in a low level.Their healing and recovery were fast with no obvious discomfort.The function of the frenulum of the patients returned to normal measuring by a simplified tool(hazelbaker assessment tool for lingual frenulum function)HATLFF.Conclusions The use of Nd:YAG laser combined with Er:YAG laser for the treatment ankyloglossia could decrease the difficulties,complications and postoperative reactions.It is suggested that the operative age of the children should be 14 moths.The indication and scope of the operation could also be flexible.
