摘 要:在常规的低温热能有机物循环发电系统性能研究方法中,由于未考虑损失,导致汽轮机效率计算结果误差大,造成对发电系统性能分析的不准确。为此,提出一种低温热能有机物循环发电系统性能研究方法,从工质泵性能、热换器性能和汽轮机性能三个方面,对低温热能有机物循环发电系统性能开展研究。其中,在对汽轮机效率的计算分析过程中,充分考虑五种损失产生的影响,以提高性能分析的准确性。通过对比实验,与其他低温热能有机物循环发电系统性能研究方法作比较,实验结果表明,提出的低温热能有机物循环发电系统性能研究方法在对汽轮机效率计算时,计算误差控制在2%之内,提高了计算准确性,且实验所需时间大大缩短,均控制45s以下,计算结果与实际结果更为接近。In the conventional research method of low-temperature thermal energy organic compound cycle power generation system performance,due to the lack of consideration of loss,the calculation results of steam turbine efficiency have a large error,resulting in the inaccuracy of power generation system performance analysis. Therefore,a method is proposed to study the performance of low-temperature thermal organic power generation system from three aspects: the performance of working fluid pump,the performance of heat exchanger and the performance of steam turbine. In order to improve the accuracy of performance analysis,the influence of five losses is fully considered in the calculation and analysis of turbine efficiency. Compared with other performance research methods of low-temperature thermal energy organics recycling power generation system,the experimental results show that the proposed performance research method of low-temperature thermal energy organics recycling power generation system can control the calculation error within 2% when calculating the efficiency of steam turbine,improve the calculation accuracy,and greatly shorten the time required by the experiment,and control the calculation results within 45 s,it is closer to the actual result.
