摘 要:针对电弧炉炼钢"CH4-N2"混合燃气集束射流行为开展了数值模拟和射流检测实验研究,并将该技术应用于电弧炉炼钢生产。发现当燃气组成为75%甲烷+25%氮气和100%甲烷时,集束射流的射流行为和燃烧规律接近一致。在实际生产中,相较100%甲烷的燃气组成,采用75%甲烷+25%氮气的燃气可实现吨钢钢铁料消耗降低3 kg、天然气消耗减少0.86 m3(标准),同时对电弧炉冶炼终点钢液氮含量基本没有影响。Numerical simulation experiment and jet detection experiment were carried out to investigate the jet behavior of the coherent jet with"CH4-N2"mixed gas,which was also applied in a commercial electric arc furnace( EAF). It can be found that the jet behavior of the coherent jet with 75% CH4+ 25% Nwas accordance 100% CH4. In the industrial application,compared with the coherent jet with 100%CH4,the ferrous charges consumption and the natural gas consumption were reduced by 3 kg/t and 0. 86 Nm3/t with the application of the coherent jet with 75% CH4+ 25% N2. Meanwhile,there is no significant difference in the nitrogen content of final steel for these two modes of coherent jet.
