摘  要:本试验探讨在理想氨基酸模式下,日粮蛋白质水平(CP)对妊娠后期母猪繁殖性能、血清参数和初乳中氨基酸浓度的影响的影响。选用3~7胎次、体况相似、预产期相近的60头长大二元杂交母猪,随机分成4个处理:12.0%CP日粮(12.0%CP组),13.0%CP日粮(13.0%CP组),14.0%CP日粮(14.0%CP组),15.0%CP日粮(15.0%CP组)每处理15个重复,每重复1头母猪。试验期始于配种后80 d,终于产仔结束。结果表明,日粮粗蛋白质水平降低1~2个百分点,对妊娠后期母猪繁殖性能和初乳中氨基酸浓度无显著影响(P>0.05);13.0%CP组的初生窝重和断乳窝重分别比12.0%CP组显著增加7.43%、8.36%(P<0.05),低蛋白组(13.%CP组和12.0%CP组)的血清尿素氮浓度比高蛋白组(15.0%CP组和14.0%CP组)显著降低(P<0.05);13.0%CP组的血清胰岛素浓度分别比12.0%CP组和15.0%CP组增加16.23%、12.86%(P<0.05);13.0%CP组初乳中赖氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸和总氨基酸浓度显著高于12.0%CP组(P<0.05)。在满足主要必需氨基酸需求条件下,妊娠后期母猪日粮粗蛋白质适宜水平为13%。To investigate the effects of different protein levels in diets with amino acids balance on reproductive performance,serum parameters and amino acid concentration in colostrum of sows in late stage gestation.60 healthy crossbred pregnant sows(Large White×Landrace)with 3~7 parities and similar parturition dates were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups:12.0%crude protein level diet(12.0%CP),13.0%crude protein level diet(13.0%CP),14.0%crude protein level diet(14.0%CP),15.0%crude protein level diet(15.0%CP).Each group had 15 replicate and each replicate had 1 pregnant sows.The experiment was begun at the 80th day after artificial insemination and finished after farrowing.The results showed that reducing dietary CP levels(15%CP)by 1%~2%did not affect the reproductive performance and amino acid concentration in colostrum of the pregnant sows.Born litter weight and litter weight at weaning in 13.0%CP group were significant higher than that in 12.0%CP group(P<0.05).The concentration of serum urea nitrogen in low protein level diet(13.%CP and 12.0%CP)were lower than that in high protein level diet(15.0%CP and 14.0%CP).The concentration of serum insulin in 13.0%CP group was significantly higher than that in 12.0%CP group and 15.0%CP group by 16.23%and 12.86%(P<0.05).The concentration of colostral lysine,threonine,isoleucine,leucine and total amino acids in 13.0%CP group were significantly higher than those in12.0%CP group(P<0.05).In conclusion,Under the condition of meeting the main essential amino acid requirements,the optimum level of CP in the late pregnant sows was 13%.
