摘 要:大机组长距离蒸汽供热系统的出现,使得供热复杂性增大。针对长输蒸汽供热管网热力延迟问题,建立了一维蒸汽管网的热工水力数学模型,并基于Apros平台,以某化工园区的蒸汽管网为案例进行了模型构建。所得模型与供热运行数据进行对比,反向修正管道阻力系数与传热系数后,模型蒸汽压力、流量与温度参数的相对误差小于3%。基于验证的仿真模型,分析了管网的热力延迟特性,研究了源侧蒸汽温度变化和管网流量变化对需求侧蒸汽温度的影响。结果表明,用户蒸汽温度与源侧蒸汽温度以及管网流量均呈正相关性;而热力滞后性则主要受管网流量影响,且远大于水力滞后性;用户温度响应完成时间与流量呈负相关性,而与流量变化幅度呈正相关性。With the continuous upgrading of energy structure and the transformation of energy-consumption mode,the elimation pace of decentralized industrial boilers is quickened in China.The appearance of long-distance steam-based heating system results in the problem of thermal delay.In this paper,a thermal-hydraulic model for steam-based heating network is established.A long-distance steam-based heating network for a chemical industrial park is taken as an example to construct the model.Resistance coefficient and heat transfer coefficient are revised through comparison between computation and operation data.The relative errors of the calculated steam pressure,flow and temperature are less than 3%.Based on the verified model,the thermal delay characteristic is analyzed and the relationships among demand-side steam temperature changes,source-side steam temperature changes are investigated.Results show that the demand-side steam temperature is positively correlated with the source-side steam temperature and mass flow rate;the thermal delay is mainly affected by mass flow rate and much larger than the hydraulic delay;demand-side temperature response completion time is negatively correlated with mass flow rate and is positively correlated with the magnitude of mass flow rate change.
