摘 要:某电厂的东汽百万等级汽轮机低压缸支撑轴承为座缸式,自投运以来,受低压缸挠性影响,易引起低压轴承球面卡涩不能自位而发生偏载。2020年3月低压缸轴承常规检修后造成5号、8号轴瓦前、后两端温度偏差达35℃~44℃,最高单点温度达111℃左右,严重影响机组的安全运行。针对上述现象,现场除了对轴承球面进行修刮来保证球面的自位能力外,将轴承结构形式做了更改。对原设计为下瓦开槽轴承更换为下瓦不开槽轴承进行了可行性分析,对两种轴承的结构型式、静、动特性进行了理论研究计算,通过比较,认为下瓦不开槽轴承在该机低压缸中应用性能更优,并对低压缸5号和8号轴瓦进行了更换,改造后消除了轴承前、后温度偏差大的问题。The supporting bearing of low-pressure cylinder of a DTC 1000 MW steam turbine is mounted inside the cylinder.Since its operation,under the influence of the flexibility of low-pressure cylinder,it is easy to cause spherical blockage on low-pressure bearing,which cannot be self-positioned and thus causes off-loading.In March 2020,after routine maintenance of low-pressure cylinder bearing,the temperature deviation between front and rear ends of#5 and#8 bearing bush reaches 35℃~44℃,and the highest single-point temperature reaches about 111℃,which seriously affects the safe operation of the unit.In view of the above phenomenon,the bearing sphere had been repaired and scraped to ensure its self-aligning ability,the bearing structure was changed as well.In this paper,the feasibility for slotting on lower bush bearing is analyzed,which is the original design change to non-slotting on bush bearing,and theoretical research calculation are made for the structure and dynamic/static characteristic of both types of bearing.The comparison with these bearings reveals that non-slotting on bush bearing brings more excellent performance apply to the low-pressure cylinder of this turbine unit.Furthermore,the#5 and#8 bearing bush of the low-pressure cylinder had been replaced and the high temperature deviation issue between the front and rear ends had been eliminated after the modification.
