摘　　要：生殖激素对家畜的生长发育和繁殖具有重要的调控作用,因此对生殖激素的精准测定对研究其在家畜生长发育和繁殖活动中的调节作用具有重要意义。但大多数激素在动物体内浓度较低,因此对其准确灵敏的测定方法尤为重要。该文对家畜生殖激素的生物测定法、免疫测定法、理化测定法、基于配体-受体特异性结合和适配体技术的生殖激素测定法分别进行了综述,将为家畜生殖激素测定方法的选择提供参考依据。Reproductive hormones play an important role in regulating the growth and reproduction of livestock.Therefore,the precise determination of reproductive hormones is of great significance for studying their regulatory role in the growth and reproduction of livestock.However,the concentration of most hormones are low in animals,so accurate and sensitive determination methods are particularly important.In this paper,the bioassay,immunoassay,physicochemical assay and the assay based on ligand-receptor specific binding and aptamer technology for livestock reproductive hormones were reviewed respectively,which will provide references for the selection method about livestock reproductive hormone determination.
