摘 要:随着生殖生物学和低温生物学的快速发展,人工授精技术的广泛应用,精液冷冻保存技术的研究也更加深入,但是目前仍然存在很多难题尚未解决,如冷冻-解冻过程中活性氧的过量产生对精子品质的不利影响。抗氧化剂具有清除活性氧自由基的作用,可以减少精液冷冻保存过程中活性氧的过量产生,保护精子免受氧化应激损伤影响,提高精液品质。为此,该文从活性氧的产生及对精液冷冻保存损伤机理和常用抗氧化剂进行综述,期望对山羊精液冷冻保存相关研究以及山羊产业发展提供一定的理论依据和参考。With the rapid development of reproductive biology and cryogenic biology and the widespread application of artificial insemination technology,the research of semen cryopreservation technology has also gone deeper,but there are still many unsolved problems,such as the excessive production of reactive oxygen species during the freeze-thaw adverse effects on sperm quality.Antioxidants have the effect of scavenging active oxygen free radicals,which can reduce excessive production of active oxygen during semen cryopreservation,protect sperm from oxidative stress damage,and improve semen quality.For this reason,this article reviewed the production of active oxygen and the mechanism of semen cryopreservation damage and commonly used antioxidants,hoping to provide some theoretical basis and reference for the research on goat semen cryopreservation and the development of goat industry.
