新疆驴不同部位皮肤组织学结构的研究

摘　　要：旨在对新疆驴不同部位皮肤组织学结构和厚度进行观察与测量,为选择优质驴皮原料进行高品质阿胶的制作提供参考依据。采集屠宰后驴面部、背部、小腿部、颈部和腹部的皮肤组织,制作成石蜡切片后经HE染色进行组织学结构观察与厚度的测量。结果表明:新疆驴皮肤由浅至深分为表皮、真皮和皮下组织3部分:表皮比较薄,最外层是角质层;角质层下面为颗粒层,棘细胞层由1~2层多角形细胞构成,颈部皮肤缺乏此层;最内层的是基底层细胞。真皮浅层的乳头层含有丰富密集排列的胶原纤维,深层为网状层;驴的毛囊属于单毛囊,其皮脂腺比较发达;汗腺多为分支泡状腺,在背部、脸部、腹部和腿部比较发达,而在颈部存在的很少,主要分布在真皮的网状层。新疆驴面部皮肤表皮最厚,背部皮肤真皮最厚,均显著的厚于其它部位(P<0.05),腿部真皮最薄。The aim of this study was to analyze the histological structure and thickness of the skin in different parts of Xinjiang Donkey,and to provide reference for the production of high-quality donkey-hide gelatin.The skin tissues of the face,back,crus,neck and abdomen of the slaughtered donkey were collected.Afterwards the HE staining tissue sections were made.The histological structure was observed and thickness was measured.The results showed that the skin of Xinjiang Donkey consisted of epidermis,dermis and subcutaneous tissue from shallow to deep.The epidermis was thin,and the outermost layer was stratum corneum.The granular layer was below the stratum corneum.The acanthocyte layer was composed of 1 to 2 layers of polygonal cells,which was absent in neck skin.The innermost layer was the basal layer cells.The superficial layer of the dermis was rich in densely arranged collagen fibers,and the deep layer was the reticular layer.The hair follicles of donkey was of single hair follicles,and its sebaceous glands were relatively developed.The sweat glands were mostly branching vesicular glands,which were more developed in the back,face,abdomen and legs than the neck,which mainly distributed in the reticular layer of the dermis.The skin epidermis of Xinjiang Donkey's face was the thickest,and the dermis of its back was the thinnest(P<0.05),so its back and neck skin were better raw material for donkey-hide gelatin.
