摘 要:菌酶协同发酵饲料富含活性微生物、微生物发酵产物,含有高活性酶制剂,对于提高饲料原料营养价值、维持动物胃肠道菌群平衡、促进机体生长和消化、增强免疫力具有显著功效。该文主要综述了菌酶协同发酵饲料的定义、对不同类型原料的发酵效果研究概况、发展过程存在问题、发展前景,旨在为深入研究菌酶协同发酵饲料提供参考。Microbial coupling with enzyme fermented feed is not only rich in active microorganisms and microbial fermented products,but also contains high activity enzyme preparation.It has significant effect on improving the nutritional value of feedstock,maintaining the balance of animal gastrointestinal flora,promoting growing and digestion of the body,and enhancing immunity.In this paper,the definition of microbial coupling with enzyme fermented feed,the research status of fermentation effect of different types of feedstock,the problems in the development process and the development prospect were summarized.The purpose of this study was to provide a reference for further study on microbial coupling with enzyme fermented feed.
