摘　　要：智慧建造对项目经理职业能力提出了新的要求,项目经理职业能力体系提升成为推动智慧建造发展的重要动力。界定智慧建造背景下项目经理职业能力体系内涵及其构成要素,梳理项目经理职业能力体系从传统建造到智慧建造的演进过程,提出智慧建造发展与传统项目经理职业能力体系不匹配等问题。通过构建项目经理职业能力体系五度理念,探讨由技术技能、应用能力、战略思想支撑的项目经理职业能力体系框架,构建其闭环提升路径,实现项目经理职业能力体系提升目标以满足智慧建造需求。Smart building sets up new requirements for the professional competence of project managers,and the improvement of the professional competence system of project managers has become an important driving force for the development of the construction of wisdom.This paper defined the connotation and elements of the professional competence system of project manager under the background of smart building and combed the evolution process of the professional competence system of project manager from traditional construction to smart building,some problems,such as the mismatch between the development of intelligent construction and the professional competence system of traditional project managers,were put forward.By constructing the five-degree concept of the project manager’s professional competence system,this paper discussed the framework of the project manager’s professional competence system supported by strategic thinking,technical skills and application practice,and constructed its closed-loop promotion path so as to achieve its improvement objectives to meet smart building needs.
