摘 要:目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)护士工作压力、积极情绪、心理弹性现状及三者之间的相关性。方法抽取某市6所三甲医院223名ICU护士进行问卷调查,采用中国护士工作压力源量表、中国积极情感消极情感量表(PANAS)、中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)进行评价。结果 223名ICU护士的工作压力量表总均分为(2.21±0.37)分,积极情绪评分为(3.61±0.72)分,消极情绪评分为(3.01±0.64)分,心理弹性总均分为(2.62±0.69)分,均处于中等偏上水平。Pearson线性相关性分析结果显示,积极情绪与工作压力评分呈明显负相关性(r=-0.341,P<0.05),与心理弹性评分呈明显正相关性(r=0.601,P<0.05);消极情绪与工作压力评分呈明显正相关性(r=0.339,P<0.05),与心理弹性评分呈明显负相关性(r=-0.359,P<0.05);心理弹性评分与工作压力评分呈明显负相关性(r=-0.389,P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士的工作压力较大,可直接或通过心理弹性间接影响其积极情绪。缓解护士的工作压力对改善护士的情绪状态具有积极作用。Objective To explore the relationship between work stress,positive emotion and mental resilience of nurses in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods 223 ICU nurses from 6 grade-A hospitals in a city were selected for a questionnaire survey,and the Chinese nurses’work stressors scale,Chinese positive and negative emotions scale(PANAS)and Chinese mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used for evaluation.Results All 223 ICU nurses scored(2.21±0.37)on the work stress scale,(3.61±0.72)on the positive emotion scale,(3.01±0.64)on the negative emotion scale,and(2.62±0.69)on the mental resilience scale,all of which were above the average level.Pearson’s linear correlation analysis showed that positive emotions were negatively correlated with work stress score(r=-0.341,P<0.05),and positively correlated with mental resilience score(r=0.601,P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between negative emotion and work stress score(r=0.339,P<0.05),and a significant negative correlation between negative emotion and mental resilience score(r=-0.359,P<0.05).The mental resilience score was negatively correlated with the work stress score(r=-0.389,P<0.05).Conclusions The work stress of ICU nurses is large,which can directly or indirectly affect their positive emotions through mental resilience.Alleviating the work pressure of nurses has a positive effect on improving the emotional state of nurses.
