摘  要:目的对宁夏重点职业病病例进行分析,以便采取有效的预防措施及为重点职业病的监管提供科学依据。方法对2015-2017年职业病与职业卫生信息监测平台中新诊断的重点职业病个案导入Excel,进行统计学分析。结果 353例重点职业病中煤工尘肺210例,矽肺116例,布鲁氏菌病20例;地区分布中石嘴山市203例,占57.5%;银川市132例,占37.4%。工龄10~14 a的63例,占17.85%;20~24 a的64例,占18.13%;25~29 a的82例,占23.2%。结论重点职业病防治工作应以煤工尘肺、矽肺及布鲁氏菌病的防治工作为主,同时加大对企业职工职业病知识的培训,提高个人防护意识。Objective To analyze the cases of key occupational diseases in Ningxia,so as to take effective preventive measures and provide scientific basis for the supervision of key occupational diseases.Methods The newly diagnosed key occupational disease cases in the occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring platform from 2015 to 2017 were imported into Excel for statistical analysis.Results There were 210 cases of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis,116 cases of silicosis and 20 cases of brucellosis in 353 cases of key occupational diseases.In Shizuishan City and Yinchuan City,203 cases(57.5%)were from Shizuishan City,132 cases(37.4%)from Yinchuan City.63 cases(17.85%)in 10-14 a,64 cases(18.13%)in 20-24 a and 82 cases(23.2%)in 25-29 a of service years.Conclusions The prevention and control of key occupational diseases should focus on the prevention and control of coal workers’pneumoconiosis,silicosis and brucellosis.At the same time,the training on occupational disease knowledge of enterprise employees should be strengthened to improve their personal protection awareness.
