摘　　要：目的描述江苏省2006-2015年累计报告职业性皮肤病新确诊病例情况,分析职业性皮肤病病例的特征,为制定职业性皮肤病的防治政策提供依据。方法依据江苏省2006-2015年职业性皮肤病新确诊病例资料,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果江苏省2006-2015年累计报告职业性皮肤病新确诊病例244例,占所有新确诊职业病的2.4%(244/10 162)。无锡市、镇江市、常州市的职业性皮肤病新确诊病例数位列前3位,分别是121例(49.6%)、38例(15.6%)和21例(8.6%)。化学原料和化学品制造业、机械设备制造业、电子设备制造业的职业性皮肤病新确诊病例数位列前3位,分别是99例(40.6%)、45例(18.4%)和22例(9.0%)。私有经济企业、外商经济企业职业性皮肤病新确诊病例数位列前2位,分别是141例(57.8%)和51例(20.9%)。职业性皮肤病新确诊病例类型主要为化学性皮肤灼伤和职业性皮炎,占总例数的87.3%,分别为143例(58.6%)和70例(28.7%)。小型企业、中型企业职业性皮肤病新确诊病例数位列前二,分别是130例(53.3%)和64例(26.2%)。结论江苏省2006-2015年间每年职业性皮肤病新确诊病例数小幅波动,基本平稳,但呈现地区、行业和类型集中趋势,应重点关注这些地区、行业和职业病类型的监测。小型、私营企业确诊职业性皮肤病的比例较高,应重点对这些企业开展健康促进,减少职业性皮肤病的发生。Objective To understand the characteristics of newly diagnosed cases of occupational dermatosis in Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2015 and provide evidence for formulating prevention and treatment policy of occupational dermatosis.Methods The cases were reported from China information sysem for disease control and prevention.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results From 2006 to 2015,244 newly diagnosed cases of occupational dermatosis were reported in Jiangsu Province,accounting for 2.4%of all newly diagnosed occupational diseases(244/10162).The number of the newly diagnosed occupational dermatoses in Wuxi,Zhenjiang and Changzhou was ranked in the top three,with 121 cases(49.6%),38 cases(15.6%)and 21 cases(8.6%)respectively.The newly diagnosed cases of occupational dermatosis in chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing,machinery and equipment manufacturing and electronic equipment manufacturing were ranked in the top three,with 99 cases(40.6%),45 cases(18.4%)and 22 cases(9.0%)respectively.The number of the newly diagnosed occupational dermatoses in private and foreign economic enterprises was ranked in the top two,with 141 cases(57.8%)and 51 cases(20.9%)respectively.The newly diagnosed cases of occupational dermatosis were mainly chemical skin burns and occupational dermatitis,accounting for 87.3%of the total cases,which were 143 cases(58.6%)and 70 cases(28.7%)respectively.The number of the newly diagnosed occupational dermatoses in small and medium-sized enterprises was ranked in top two,130 cases(53.3%)and 64 cases(26.2%)respectively.Conclusions From 2006 to 2015,the number of the newly diagnosed cases of occupational dermatosis in Jiangsu Province fluctuated slightly and remained stable.However,it showed a trend of concentration of regions,industries and types.We should pay more attention to the monitoring of these areas,industries and types.Small and private enterprises have a high proportion of diagnosed occupational dermatoses,so they should focus on health promotion to reduce th
