格林模式对手术室新入职护士职业防护知信行的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨格林模式对手术室新入职护士职业防护知信行的影响。方法抽取2018年1月-2019年9月某三甲综合医院手术室64名新入职护士,按不平衡指数最小法分为对照组和观察组,每组各32人。对照组接受常规培训,观察组进行格林模式干预,比较两组护士的职业防护知信行情况。结果观察组的职业防护知信行评分高于对照组,职业暴露评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的锐器伤、血液或分泌物溅落及化学消毒剂暴露事故发生率,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于格林模式教育有利于改善手术室新入职护士职业防护知信行水平,降低职业暴露风险,减少职业损害事件发生。Objective To explore the effect of Green Model on occupational protection knowledge and practice of new nurses in operating room.Methods 64 new nurses were selected from the operating room of a third-grade A general hospital from January 2018 to September 2019,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the method of minimum imbalance index,with 32 people in each group.The control group received routine training,while the observation group received Green Model intervention,and the occupational protection knowledge and practice of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The score of occupational protection knowledge,letter and practice in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of occupational exposure was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of sharp instrument injury,blood or secretions sputtering and chemical disinfectant exposure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The education based on Green Model is beneficial to improve the professional protection knowledge,trust and practice level of new nurses in the operating room,reduce occupational exposure risk,and reduce occupational injury events.
