提升沈阳市城市文化品质的对策研究

摘　　要：文化品质是一座城市创造力和凝聚力的内生动力,是城市核心竞争力的重要源泉。在新时代振兴中,沈阳市文化建设要持续提升城市的文化品质。本文在界定相关概念的基础上,分析了提升沈阳市城市文化品质的必要性,并提出提升沈阳市城市文化品质的对策。Cultural quality is the endogenous power of a city’s creativity and cohesion,and an important source of a city’s core competitiveness.In the revitalization of the new era,the cultural construction of Shenyang should continue to improve the cultural quality of the city.Based on the definition of related concepts,this article analyzes the necessity of improving the cultural quality of Shenyang city,and proposes countermeasures to improve the cultural quality of Shenyang city.
