摘 要:针对大功率双向充放电机,综合考虑重量体积、效率、输出电压范围等,提出了有源中点箝位(ANPC)与三相Buck-Boost交错并联的两级拓扑,基于所选拓扑提出单双级切换运行的控制策略,提高了系统运行效率、避免了Buck-Boost电路工作于高电压的工况,结合电池的充电方式,提出了恒流充放电到恒压浮充的无缝切换策略,并从脉宽调制(PWM)策略方面研究提高效率的方法;最后研发出大功率双向充放电产品,通过试验验证方案正确性。For high power bidirectional charger,two-stage topology of active neutral point clamping(ANPC)and threephase Buck-Boost interleaved parallel connection is proposed based on the weight volume,efficiency and output voltage range.Based on the selected topology,the control strategy of single and two-stage switching operation is proposed,which improves the operation efficiency of the system and reduces the applied voltage of Buck-Boost circuit switches.Combined with the charging mode of battery,the seamless switching strategy between the constant current controlling and constant voltage controlling is propose,and the method of improving efficiency from pulse width modulation(PWM)strategy is studied.Finally,the high power bidirectional charging and discharging products are developed,and the correctness of the scheme is verified by experiments.
