摘  要:研制出一种植入换流阀阀塔内部的监测传感器,以实现对阀塔内部元件运行状态的实时监控。以±800 kV换流阀阀塔为研究对象,首先,采用静电场有限元分析方法(FEM),对阀塔在稳态运行工况下的电场分布进行计算,分析传感器的植入对阀塔绝缘性能的影响。其次,利用ANSYS Icepak对传感器的散热性能进行分析。最后,研制出传感器样机并对其成像技术进行验证。分析结果表明:传感器植入阀塔后仅影响阀塔内部的局部电场,且阀塔的最大场强值为2.107 kV/mm,远小于空气临界击穿场强3 kV/mm,说明植入传感器后的阀塔绝缘性能满足设计要求;传感器的热仿真结果表明其内部温度场分布均匀,散热性能良好。传感器样机的后台软件可实现可见光和红外光图像深度融合,样机已具备工程化应用条件。A sensor implanted in the valve tower of the converter valve is developed to monitor the operating status of the components in real time.Taking±800 kV valve tower as the research object.Firstly,the influence of implanted sensor on the insulation performance of valve tower is analyzed by calculating the electric field distribution in case of steady-state operation of the valve tower.And the calculating method is the finite element method(FEM).Secondly,the heat dissipation properties of the sensor are analyzed by ANSYS Icepak module.Finally,the sensor is trial-produced and the key technologies of its imaging system are verified.The results show that the implanted sensor only affects the local electric field distribution inside the valve tower.The maximum electric field valve of the tower is 2.107 kV/mm in the air,which is less than 3 kV/mm of the critical breakdown field of the air.The contrast data indicates that the insulation properties of the valve tower can meet the design requirements after implanting the sensor.Thermal simulation results of the sensor indicate that the internal temperature is evenly distributed and the heat dissipation performance is good.Meanwhile,the background software of the sensor prototype can realize the deep fusion of visible light and infrared light images.The prototype already has the conditions for engineering application.
