摘 要:恒功率负载的负增量阻抗特性可能导致DC/DC变换器系统不稳定。这里采用Filippov方法对带恒功率负载的双向DC/DC变换器在峰值电流控制下的稳定性进行了分析。首先根据开关切换建立了双向DC/DC变换器在恒功率负载下的电池供电和充电连续模型,然后针对恒功率负载采用泰勒级数展开并采用Filippov方法构建了系统的跳跃矩阵和单值矩阵,利用Floquet理论分析了系统的稳定性。最后,选取参考电流和供电电压为分岔参数对系统在电池供电和电池充电模式下的行为进行了仿真和实验验证,通过分岔图、时域波形图和相轨图观察系统的非线性动力学现象。仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The negative incremental impedance characteristics of a constant power load may cause the DC/DC converter system instability.The Filippov method is used to analyze the stability of bidirectional DC/DC converter with constant power load under peak current control.Firstly,a continuous model of bidirectional DC/DC converter under constant power load is established based on the switch.Then the Taylor series expansion is used for constant power load,and the saltation matrix and monodromy matrix of the system are constructed by using Filippov theory,the stability of the system is analyzed by using Floquet theory.Finally,the reference current and the supply voltage are selected as the bifurcation parameters to simulate and experimentally verify the system’s behavior in the mode of battery power supply and battery charge,the nonlinear dynamic phenomena of the system are observed by bifurcation diagram,time domain waveform and phase orbital diagram.The results of simulations and experiments verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
