摘  要:总结了十几年来石油化工仪表及控制系统防雷工程的实践经验,根据国际和国内其他行业防雷标准的基本原则,结合《石油化工仪表系统防雷设计规范》的修订,从适合中国石油化工行业仪表及控制系统工程实用的方面,介绍了仪表系统防雷工程的设计方法、防雷工程接地系统、电涌防护器的应用、控制室仪表系统的防雷、爆炸危险环境中现场仪表的防雷、电缆的屏蔽和敷设等设计内容。特别介绍了网型接地结构,简化了接地结构的复杂和不确定性,解决了接地系统的雷电流泄放和接地功效的问题,并使施工简便易行。The practice experience of petrochemical instrument and control system lightning protection engineering for more than ten years is summarized.Based on the basic principles of lightning protection standards in other international and domestic industry,combined with revision of specification for design of instrument system lightning surge protection in petrochemical industry,the design content of design method of lightning protection engineering,lightning protection grounding system engineering,application of surge protector,lightning protection of instrument system in control room,lightning protection of field instrument in dangerous explosive environment,shielding and laying of cable and so on is introduced from the aspect of instrument and control system suitable for Chinese petroleum and chemical industry.The network grounding structure is introduced with stress.The complexity and uncertainty of grounding structure is simplified.The problems of lightning current discharge and efficiency of grounding system are solved.The construction becomes simple and easy.
