摘　　要：石油化工装置中加热炉的操作和管理至关重要,燃烧器管理系统可以有效地对加热炉启动、停止和正常运行过程进行管理,对人员健康、装置设备及环境提供安全保护。针对国内规范对加热炉的燃烧器管理功能没有详细要求,导致绝大部分加热炉采用现场人工点火的现状,结合国外某炼油厂加热炉燃烧器管理系统的应用,重点从设计角度介绍加热炉在启动和停车过程中的要求。The operation and management of heating furnace is very important in petrochemical installation.The burner management system can effectively manage the start-up,shut-down and normal operation of the heating furnace.The system also provides safety protection for personnel health,installation and environment.In view of the fact that the domestic regulations have no detailed requirements on the burner management function of the heating furnace,which resulted in that most of the heating furnaces adopt on-site manual ignition.Combined with the application of the management system of the furnace in a refinery abroad,the requirements of the heating furnace in the process of start-up,shut-down are introduced with emphasis from the view of design.
