摘　　要：针对工业控制系统中现场测量数据夹杂有各类随机噪声和突发干扰数据滤波的问题,采用WinCC客户机/服务器结构,研究了控制系统数据滤波相关技术问题,介绍了数据滤波常用算法及其特点,给出了WinCC平台数据滤波解决方案并讨论了WinCC平台数据滤波算法优化问题。新的滤波解决方案和算法优化方案可以实现设计的测控功能,保证设计要求的控制精度。Aiming at the problem that the field measurement data in the industrial control system is mixed with all kinds of random noise and burst interference data filtering,WinCC client/server structure is adopted.The technical problems related to data filtering of control system is studied.The common algorithms and characteristics of data filtering are introduced.The data filtering solution of WinCC platform is given and the optimization of data filtering algorithm of WinCC platform is discussed.The new filtering solution and algorithm optimization scheme can realize the measurement and control function of the design and ensure the control precision required by the design.
