摘 要:针对目前陆上油田油井含水率高,原油集输能耗较大的问题,结合实验室仪器测量油品物性,梳理管网拓扑关系和具体的集油工艺,根据现场流量、温度、压力、含水率等基础数据建立能耗平衡分析模型,分析了单位能耗、管效与各生产参数之间的关系及变化趋势,提出了优化生产工艺流程的建议,实现降低集油流程能耗、减少运行成本的目的。Aiming at the problems of high-water content and energy consumption of crude oil gathering transportation in onshore oil fields,the physical properties of oil products is measured combining with laboratory instruments.The topological relationship of pipe network and specific oil collection process are sorted out.The energy consumption balance analysis model is established based on the basic data of on-site flow,temperature,pressure,moisture content and so on.The unit energy consumption,pipe effect,the relationship among production parameters and the change trend are analyzed.The suggestion of optimizing production process is proposed to realize the target of reducing energy consumption of oil gathering process and reducing operation cost.
