脑干听觉诱发电位联合脑电图在手足口病中的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位联合脑电图在手足口病中的作用。方法选择我院2019年1月-12月收治的60例手足口病患者,同时采用脑电图检查以及进行脑干听觉诱发电位检查,对比单独检查和联合检查的检查异常率。结果联合检测的异常率61.67%,高于脑电图的30.00%、单纯脑干听觉诱发电位的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论脑干听觉诱发电位联合脑电图检查在手足口病中的作用显著,有利于提高临床异常情况的检出率,帮助临床医生发现早期的手足口病改变。Objective To investigate the effects of brainstem auditory evoked potential combined with electroencephalogram(EEG)in hand,foot and mouth.Methods 60 cases of hand foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.Eeg and brainstem auditory evoked potential therapy were used at the same time to compare the abnormal rate of single examination and combined examination.Results The abnormal rate of combined detection was 61.67%,higher than that of ELECTROencephalogram(EEG)and brainstem auditory evoked potential(BRAINstem)(30.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Brainstem auditory evoked potential combined with ELECTROencephalogram plays a significant role in HFMD,which is conducive to improving the detection rate of clinical abnormalities and helping clinicians to find early changes of HFMD,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
