摘　　要：目的分析神经阻滞麻醉在复杂眼睑创伤修复术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析47例患者按受伤部位在直视下行相应神经阻滞麻醉的临床效果。结果麻醉效果确切,注射部位及剂量确定,相比于局部浸润麻醉减少了药物用量,避免了浸润麻醉中可能出现的出血、肿胀、影响伤处解剖结构等不足之处,术后组织反应轻,较美观,恢复快。结论神经阻滞麻醉在复杂眼睑创伤修复术中镇痛效果确切,术后瘀血肿胀等反应轻,是一种适宜的麻醉方式。Objective To analyze the effect of nerve block anesthesia in suture of ocular trauma. Methods A total of 47 patients were anesthetized with corresponding nerve block under the direct vision according to the injured part.Results The anesthesia effect is accurate,and the injection site and dose are determined.Compared with local infiltration anesthesia,the dosage of the drug is reduced,and possible deficiencies such as bleeding,swelling,and affecting the anatomical structure of the wound during infiltration anesthesia are avoided. Postoperative tissue reaction Light,beautiful and fast recovery. Conclusion Nerve block anesthesia is effective in the analgesia during complex eyelid trauma repair operation,and the postoperative blood stasis swelling and other reactions are light.It is a suitable anesthesia method and has high clinical promotion value.
