调经排卵汤联合来曲唑治疗PCOS疗效及对内分泌指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟调经排卵汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效及对内分泌指标的影响。方法选择2019年1月-12月在我院进行治疗的PCOS患者84例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组42例,对照组患者使用来曲唑治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用自拟调经排卵汤。治疗3个月后,比较2组临床疗效及卵泡刺激素(FSH)、总睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、抑制素B(INHB)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平。结果研究组临床总有效率(97.62%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者FSH、T、LH、E2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组FSH、TLH明显低于对照组,E2明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者INHB、AMH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组INHB、AMH明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟调经排卵汤联合来曲唑对PCOS患者的疗效明显,且能有效改善性激素与生殖激素水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of the self-made Tiaojing Ovulation Decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its impact on endocrine indicators,so as to provide a reference standard for clinical practice.Methods 84 patients with PCOS who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into a control group and a research group,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with letrozole,and the patients in the research group were treated with the self-made Tiaojing ovulation soup on the basis of the control group.After 3 months,the clinical efficacy,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),total testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),inhibin B(INHB)and anti-Mullerian were compared and analyzed Tube hormone(AMH).Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(97.62%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there were no statistical difference in the levels of FSH,T,LH and E2 between the two groups of patients Academic significance(P>0.05);after treatment,the FSH,T,LH levels of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the E2 level was significantly higher than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the two groups of patients were no statistically significant difference in INHB and AMH levels(P>0.05);after treatment,the INHB and AMH levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Tiaojing Ovulation Decoction combined with letrozole has obvious curative effect on the treatment of PCOS patients,and can better improve the levels of sex hormones and reproductive hormones in patients,which is worthy of popularizati
