摘　　要：医学模式转型呼吁人文力量的加入,上海各大医院相继推出的医院志愿者服务在很大程度上满足了患者便利就医的需求,同时也为和谐医患关系建设和医疗体制改革做出了贡献。本文对上海市某S医院志愿服务进行SWOT分析,从开展志愿者服务的内在优势和劣势,外部的机会和威胁四个维度出发,探索三甲医院加强志愿者服务的优化与发展策略,为医院进一步改善医疗服务和加强志愿服务提供参考和借鉴。The transformation of medical model requires humanistic concern,Shanghai's hospital voluntary service have largely met the needs of patients for convenient medical treatment,contributed to establishing harmonious relations between medical staff and patients,and also promoting medical system reform.We use SWOT analysis method to analyze the voluntary service of a large scale comprehensive grade-A tertiary hospital in Shanghai,explore the optimization and development strategy about hospital voluntary service from four dimension(strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats).It will provide references and suggestions for further improving medical service and voluntary service.
