摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化进程加快,家庭保健员在家庭健康教育、健康生活指导以及医患互动联络中发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文对家庭保健员的社会需求背景、家庭保健员在慢性病防治中的作用方面进行综述,以期为探索以家庭保健员为特点的慢性病管理模式提供参考与借鉴。With the acceleration of population aging in China,family health workers are playing an increasingly important role in family health education,healthy life guidance and doctor-patient interaction.This paper summarizes the background of social needs of family health workers and the role of family health workers in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,so as to provide reference for exploring the management mode of chronic diseases with the characteristics of family health workers.
